Well I had another ultrasound today to check if things were progressing, hoping the answer would be no. Unfortunately things were slightly worse than last week so I am now on full bed rest with getting up only to use the bathroom, get a drink of water or a snack or to move to the couch. I am also now on medicine all the time to slow down and lessen any contractions. Now it is just one day at a time. My primary goal is to make it to 32 weeks- so 3 weeks and 1 day to go.
I shouldn't be left alone with the internet anymore. All I do if find horror stories of babies born early and all the problems they have. I need to try to get back to doing some work but it is hard to get focused on that.
Aunt Sharron called me up yesterday and said they were having a garage sale tomorrow with all of her and Kim's baby items. I could come look through all of the baby stuff before the sale and have any of her items that I wanted. I was going to take her up on it before I got derailed. But I think Jenn if going over after work tomorrow and see if anything is left that I would like.
Greyson has been pretty good to me, bringing home dinner, getting me popsicles, filling my water. He is definately earning his keep lately.
That is all, hopefully I won't have anything to report for awhile,
Mel

On your ultrasound, did you get pictures? Still looking for photos of my youngest in all her plump glory and the bunkbeds. How are things going Greyson's way? My mower needs a new cable routed thru the gear box and new handlebars. I think the torgue from mowing the bank was too much; the mower tends to want to flip and I have to exert a lot of force to keep it from turning over. So far I have only fallen down once this season, but I find mowing to be more wearisome lately.
My dogs are all doing fine and now are sharing the food dish by waiting in line. I washed the truch and Charlie went water crazy, but Lucy and Molly did not want anything to do with the hose/water.
Good thing you have your laptop to keep us posted while you're in bed, but do stay off the Internet.
Lucy is clearly not a true fox terrier. She is afraid of water and does not like to fetch balls. Something is wrong with that dog.
Hang in there, Melanie. I'm thinking about you all the time.
Melanie, I had a long chat with Grandma Sharp tonight and she wanted to know what you need or want?! Let me know and I will get the info to her. The Porters are coming next weekend; Mom has work to do on her next grant proposal, it is supposed to rain saturday, and..........the frig is empty. Mom is still at work, well....a Holley auction to raise money for kids, etc. Grandma Faraway was going to join her there at 5:30 pm or so. I am surprised that my sweety isn't home yet. Please take care of yourself; we all are thinking of you guys everyday and hope your pregnacy will continue for the best possible. Love, Dad
