We have started having the "full effect" each night with the babies. In case you don't remember this includes turning on all of the Christmas lights, turning off all other lights and playing Christmas music. We each grab a girl and dance. Samia will go solo with her squat dance technique; it is quite intersting.
Out of a half dozen strands of lights we bought, only one of them actually worked correctly. The others had broken bulbs or didn't blink right. I am very happy with the end effect however.
I have a ton to do at work this week and am trying to cram it in for an early leave on Friday. We are going to the coast with some friends. They have a little girl the same age as Piper and Samia so it works out well.

You are doing much better than I with your resolve. I have eaten a little better but my exercise is practically non-existent.
I found 2 nice tops at the Pendleton Woolen Mills --they were having a big sale and the tops were 66% off, which means they were at a reasonable price for $35 each.
Dad has started a workout routine -- I'll let him describe. I'm trying to keep him in the moderation range although I know it is hopeless.
I went out to Los Dos Amigos yesterday with my friend, Pat, for dinner before Board meeting and had one chicken enchilada ala carte so not too bad. Tonight Grandma and I went out to the Point and I ordered checken, but the two big pieces of warm bread and butter probably put me over the edge before the chicken arrived.
I'm getting the hang of the half-retired thing. Today I slept in until 7:30 and got to work by noon. Gotta love that.
