Even snowier snow

Today, I tried to get out with the protege, and couldn't make it with a running start. In fact the chains, the good kind, snapped a link and broke from the left wheel. I tried to put them back on, and the neighbors attempted to tow me up the hill with 4 wheel-drive. No go, and the chains on the right were thrown in the process. We are officially stuck. So.
