We were disabled for a week with our somethingimportantblackbox that didn't work. We have a new one.Tucker "accidentally took a bag of M @ M's (from a store), and accidentally forgot to pay for them." They were actually skittles, but that's what he calls the stolen gems. So after he got home and his brother ratted on him and Tucker's face confirmed his guilt, we drove him back to the store where he broke out crying, and admitted his guilt, then payed for the candy. He was extremely worried they'd be mad at him and was relieved when they only told him "Let's not do that again."misha, our extremely cool cat has been missing for over five days. Since he sleeps in our room each night, and cuddles with Lindy during the day, we have to assume they're something awry. I'm really bummed. I think Lindy is too. Yes, we called the shelters and all that. Misha was brave and cuddly and sometimes thought he was a dog. He will be missed. Perhaps he and Oreo are frolicking in kitty heaven at this very moment. I have 90% of my Christmas shopping done, hence the lack of any money. It's a good thing the kids like rice for dinner. I figure I can make the Costco sized bag last a month if necessary, so if we're ravenous during the holidays, you'll know why.Our studs are on. A secure feeling. Thanks to my parents!!I'm almost finished with Chapter 5 which is 1/3 of the book. Let me know if you want to read and comment and I'll send an attatchment. After 11 cribbage games, I lead 6-5. Another match is planned for this evening. I also won at Uno while Tim cleaned up in the Clue games. We had a competive weekend with Jessica, the neighbor girl, joining us.

tim posted this because he thought it was too far back in the other posts. Just wanted to clear my name of repetition.
You are raising a crook!!
Well, if it makes you feel any better, I too, as a small child of six, once took a candy bar and "forgot" to pay for it. However, instead of being squealed on by a sibling, my father caught me. He too took me back to the store and made me pay for it and I was thoroughly humiliated. So much so that I didn't tell him about the pack of gum that I also took. However, I did feel incredible shame with each piece that I chewed. I thought about throwing it away to clear my conscious but that just seemed wasteful.
The strange thing about that whole incident was the original reason I took it. I remember that dad had picked out a candy bar for us and it wasn’t one that I liked that much. And he seemed so excited about it that I didn't want to hurt his feelings and tell him I wanted a different one. So I spared his feelings and took the one I wanted. I don't really have any excuse for the stealing of the gum, except I new I would need that to hide the smell of the candy bar on my breath.
But I turned out alright. Tucker probably will too.
hmmm. Doubled your flavor eh sweetie? Christian will be a popular boy hehe. I stole a drywall anchor from the bulk bin of a hardware store. It was such a foreign object to me. Still is, I suppose.
Well, I am finally starting to see some light at the end of the fall quarter tunnel. Made an A on my second essay. I have two more biggies to write. I have 2 websites to do, but my main class site is practically finished. Got all of the template work done, and it's now just a step and repeat type of thing. It's simple, but it'll make the deadline and I learned enough that I'll be able to pump out the Sweet home site with less aggravation.
I have a 140+ page visual analysis that I've been working on in Communication design. I took every single appearance of kerry and bush from 3 weekly publications over 5 weeks, scanned them in, (75 pics or so) which took a couple of straight days, drew paths around the men in each of the pictures (two more straight days), and then generated two images from each of the scanned pictures (an additional day, meaning every waking moment). One image has the guy with nothing but white space. The other has the background without the guy-just a guy-shaped white space. It's an analysis of how the mags use the imagery. So on the eve of thanksgiving after getting home about 8:30, I am taking a slight breather. My back and neck are on fire right now. Mel did a fantastic bunch of prep work for t-day.
I'll see some of you tomorrow. Look forward to it.
