running chaturanga

And they call this a "rest week". That core synergistics thing is the toughest workout I've done yet. Doing a bow with all my weight on my ribcage when I'm fighting for air to begin with is not what I'd call rest.

I hear you. I am also on a "rest" week but I don't seem to be getting any rest. Oh well. To date I have lost 10 pounds and am feeling great. Keep up the hard work.

Yeah,
I'm feeling great too. I think all the flexibility work makes you feel better also. That's probably my biggest weakness (among many). I don't plan on stopping the program--that's for sure. What to do next is a bit more of an issue. Maybe back to traditional weight training? maybe triathlon? Pretty sure swimming will be involved. This program definitely would train you for rock climbing also. I'm excited to get to the finish just to see how the final product is going to turn out. Is this something that you could do once per year? It's a little hardcore to do more than that.
