I am a p45x since I'm only halfway committed. It seems the days I join Tim are always hard ones. I think I should go back to my Tae Bo. Oh, and Costco has some really decent tasting protein bars. While I am concerned about swimsuit season, I think Samia and Piper are shaping up for their walking debut this spring or summer. How's my mother doing with her slimmer body?? Grandma, I always brag that you still swim and go to curves. I hope that's true.
so instead of x with your arms, you are limited to a / ? Well, I don't think you let yourself go in the first place like I did, so it's probably not going to affect you.
I've been knocking 95% of the fat out of my diet, which is really doable, and favoring whole grains/wheat, and fruit as opposed to anything refined (the sugar in my coffee being the exception. Costco also has huge bags of protein powder, which i'll use to supplement, if I don't feel like beating up some egg-whites. I still don't understand why products requiring less processing actually cost 3+ times as much as their bleached unhealthy counterparts.
Finished legs/back yesterday, and Other than for my first set, my pull-ups are laughable. I might get a couple, and then it's with a chair for the remainder. It's especially difficult when I'm winded from doing 25 sneaky lunges!!!
BTW, I found an interlocking cushioned mat for 11.49 for 8' square (I think..maybe more). Should make plyos a lot easier on the bod. We'll probably get a couple more to fill out the room. If you get these, I highly recommend setting them outside to air out first. They smell strongly of petroleum
