All this sunshine reflecting off the snow has suddenly energized me and brought me out of that rain rut that winter can bring. I went and shoveled off the porch and shoveled a trail to the garage and workout room as well clearing out an area where we park the cars so you can get into the house without bringing too much snow with you. I knew it needed to be done before this cold arrived and turned things into a block of ice. It looks like most of the country will see this cold; even you relatives down in CA. I must admit, however, that I am still in bed by about 8pm every night. I don't know how it happened.... I got old.
Jennifer brought all her baby stuff over and my guest room is now a big mess. And Greyson found one of the cat's sleeping in a car seat the other day. I will have to move most of it into storage so the pets don't trash it before I need to use it.
Greyson finally talked me into one last (& first) (real) vacation before the babies come. After that our life is over for 20 years, right? So we are going to use the tax return we are expecting based on the deductions we get to make for all the money we spent making these babies. I think we have pretty much narrowed it down to visiting Mexico on the Pacific side around April. We are trying to decide if we want to do a cruise starting from LA, stay at a resort or do something a bit more private. I am leaning towards the cruise since I will be 5-51/2 mo. pregnant and the idea of someone taking care of everything for me sounds nice and the flight to LA is just a couple hours. So I wanted to get all of your imputs on this topic. I know my immediate family hasn't traveled much so if all of you extended family would weigh in I would appreciate it.
-What would you all recommend: cruise, resort, rental house/condo?
-Where would you recommend going in Mexico?
-Do you think I will be fine traveling and have a good time at 5 1/2 mo along (w/twins)?
-Anyone know of any really good deals or how to find them?
Happy Friday everyone...

All I know about Mexico is Cabo San Lucas in Baja and you can't swim on the Pacific side.
Cruise sounds to me.
Take lots of $1 bills for tips.
