Is Brian really reading the blog but not contributing? (Ostensibly due to lack of password.)
No news here - my life is boring. Sometimes that is a good thing.

lindy returned from the humane society after 4 days and a $30 boarding fee. She only stayed a night at the shelter. Lindy has now run off again after resting up and eating and sleeping in a nice, warm bed for the past week. We know she is jumping the 5ft. gate(s). she was caught in the act and coaxed into coming back only to leave a few days later when we were all gone. So, we are going to try and fix the fence to make it higher, but someone said that if she wants to escape and explore, she'll find ways.
It looks like Christian will be one of the two pitchers for his team. Tuck is loving his practices and bounces from one drill to the next. India has decided that she wants to learn to hit and field. She goes down to our little ball field and plays ball half of the time instead of pretending to be a mustang. Her progress is slow and painful with her downplaying any success, but its better than her not learning I guess.
I'm back to writing at night and loving it. well, love-hate relationship instead of just loathe-procrastinate-hate.

Been way too rainy to mow, but I did get most of the plants into the ground. Spent saturday under the house in efforts to shore up creaky floors. Got a call from the bank today. I left my card in the ATM. Good lord. Idiot. I'm guessing if anything was stolen from me the card would no longer be there, but I'll be watching the statement nonetheless.
